1. All text in black are to be taken as guidelines. They can be broken if needed, but should be followed as much as possible.
2. All text in red are to be taken as rules. They should not be broken under any circumstances.
3. As per Limaru rules, this document takes precedence over Section 2 of the Rules and Laws of Limaru when applicable in the region of Emmaru.
